What I know about it

De l'eglefin, de la morue ou du loup de mer, le poisson séché est prêt à la consommation aussitôt son emballage ouvert. Très apprécié sur le pouce, à toute heure de la journée, jeté en dés dans une salade ou simplement accompagné de beurre.
